Terms of Service

By using venue.fan (the "Site") or any related apps, APIs, or services (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
venue.fan is a multi-tenant platform for creators, artists, and venues ("Creators") to host pay-per-view live streams and on-demand (VOD) events, sell tickets, receive tips, and interact with viewers ("Viewers") via chat and related features. venue.fan facilitates the Service and acts as a disclosed agent for Creators when collecting payments. Creators are solely responsible for event pricing, scheduling, content quality, and legal compliance of their content ("Creator Content").
2. Accounts
You may browse public pages without an account. To purchase tickets, tip, stream, or manage a tenant you must sign in (email access code). You must be at least 16 (and have parental consent where required), keep your login credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account is compromised.
3. Viewer licence
Subject to these Terms and any ticket you purchase, venue.fan grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view Creator Content only through the Service. You may not copy, redistribute, rebroadcast, download for redistribution, sublicense, or use Creator Content for advertising or any public performance outside the Service.
4. Creator content and licence
By uploading or livestreaming Creator Content you grant venue.fan a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable licence to host, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, format, and promote that content in connection with operating and marketing the Service, until the content is removed (subject to residual technical copies and any sub-licences that cannot be withdrawn). You warrant you own or control all rights needed, that depicted individuals have consented, and that content complies with law and these Terms. You indemnify venue.fan against claims arising from your Creator Content.
5. Music
You may only include music you are entitled to use. You must not use commercially released third-party recordings unless separately authorised. Provide track metadata when requested. venue.fan is not responsible for performing-rights or publisher royalties owed by you.
6. Transactions, fees, and tips
Each ticket or tip purchase is a contract between Viewer and Creator. venue.fan provides the platform and payment collection. Fees and platform commission are disclosed at checkout or in the organizer dashboard. Tips are generally non-refundable. Amounts may include applicable taxes as shown at checkout.
7. Refunds
If an event is cancelled or materially not as described, refunds may be issued according to our refund policies and applicable law. No refund is due once ticketed content has been substantially consumed, except where required by law. Chargebacks may be investigated and deducted from Creator balances where appropriate.
8. Creator payouts
Net proceeds (gross attributable receipts minus platform commission, fees, taxes, and adjustments) are credited to the Creator wallet per the dashboard. Withdrawals are subject to identity checks, minimums, and processing times. Creators are responsible for their own taxes.
9. Acceptable use
You must not: harass others; upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content; attempt to bypass paywalls or geo/access controls; scrape or abuse the Service; interfere with streaming or security; or misrepresent your identity. We may remove content, suspend accounts, or end streams for violations.
10. Embeds and third-party sites
Creators may embed events on their own sites subject to these Terms. venue.fan is not responsible for third-party websites.
11. Availability
The Service depends on internet connectivity and third-party infrastructure (including cloud video). We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. venue.fan is not liable for Creator Content, Viewer/Creator disputes, or indirect/consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
